Our geese truly free ranging having full access to acres of clover-rich and pesticide-free pastures and are topped up with home-grown Wheat without any additives or growth promoters.

Our geese are slow grown to a maturity of 6-7 months to develop a natural marbling of the meat, and a beautiful fat layer under the skin. They are dry plucked and game hung for 7-10 days before dressing. Everything they say about the crispy skin is true and the rich, dark meat is simply delicious.

The goose comes with giblets, goose fat, cooking instructions and a pop-up timer.

    To reduce environmental impact our minimum order value is £50 and we delivery to UK Mainland addresses only. Our meat is never frozen. Your items will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.
    There are limited delivery slots available on each day from and including the 19th to 21st December.
    Order now to avoid disappointment.
