Our signature seasoning blend uses the finest ingredients from the north east coast of Scotland combining natural unrefined Blackthorn Sea Salt and wild harvested Kombu seaweed with our three pepper mix. The seaweed adds a mouthwatering umami richness without being at all fishy and helps enhance the taste of the already characterful and incredible beef.

Served in a synthetic skin, for all those who do not or cannot eat pork, this sausage is hand linked, simple and natural but far from basic. Perfect for Christmas Breakfast.

To reduce environmental impact our minimum order value is £50 and we delivery to UK Mainland addresses only. Our meat is never frozen. Your items will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.
