This edition features Traditional Hereford beef from Courteenhall Farm in Northamptonshire - led by regenerative farmer Johnny Wake. A former doctor turned land steward, Johnny manages a 350-year-old family estate with a philosophy that balances heritage and innovation. His approach combines hardy cattle, diverse pastures, and long-term stewardship to produce beef of exceptional quality while restoring the health of the land.

Ideal for smaller households or first-time customers exploring nose-to-tail eating with integrity, the Family FarmBox is your direct connection to ethical meat at its very best.
