FARM BOX: Weston Park Farm Beef Shorthorn by The Ethical Butcher

Our 2nd edition of Farm Box features the iconic Weston Park Farm, where regenerative pioneer John Cherry raises Beef Shorthorn cattle that produce some of the finest tasting beef we've had in the butchery at The Ethical Butcher. 

To give you a truly eclectic taste of this wonderful beef, we've put together a selection of cuts from across the animal to fill your fridge and freezer for a wide range of meals and cooking applications. From steaks, to roasts, to slow cooks, indulge in your share of one of these wonderful carcasses and enjoy with family and friends. 

Not every box will be identical (see alternatives) but will contain:

• 250g ribeye steak
• 250g sirloin steak
• 300g rump steak
• 120g fillet steak
• 200g flat iron or bavette steak
• 1.5kg hot roast (topside or silverside)
• 1.5kg pot roast (brisket, thick flank or leg of mutton cut)
• 500g boneless shin
• 1kg chuck slice
• 1kg short rib
• 3 x 500g beef mince
• 1 x 500g fortified beef mince
• 1 x 500g high fat beef mince
• 2 x 1kg diced beef
