Venison shoulder can be treated much like a lamb shoulder as it is one of the fattiest parts of the deer. It consists of well-used muscles and lots of connective tissue, as well as good fat content for venison, meaning it demands to be cooked low and slow.

To reduce environmental impact our minimum order value is £50 and we deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Christmas orders will be delivered between the 19th - 23rd December. A delivery charge of £7.95 will apply to all orders delivered within this window.

Our meat is never frozen. Your items will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.

There are limited delivery slots available on each day from and including the 19th to 23rd December. Order now to avoid disappointment.
