The finest, most flavoursome regeneratively reared, pasture fed beef, combined with a simple, classic seasoning to allow the beef to sing. Served in a synthetic skin, for all those who do not or cannot eat pork, this sausage is hand linked, simple and natural but far from basic. Perfect for Christmas Breakfast.

To reduce environmental impact our minimum order value is £50 and we delivery to UK Mainland addresses only. Our meat is never frozen. Your items will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.
There are limited delivery slots available on each day from and including the 19th to 21st December.
