FARM BOX: Courteenhall Farm Traditional Hereford Beef by The Ethical Butcher

For FarmBox #3 we’re partnering with Courteenhall Farm in South Northamptonshire, owned and run by farmer Johnny Wake. Once a doctor, now a regenerative farmer, Johnny stewards 350 years of family land with Traditional Hereford cattle and a philosophy of heritage, innovation and harmony with nature.

To showcase the full character of this exceptional beef, we’ve curated a box of cuts from across the animal. From steaks and roasts to slow cooks, it’s everything you need to fill your fridge, stock your freezer, and share memorable meals with family and friends.

Not every box will be identical (see alternatives) but will contain:

• 250g sirloin steak
• 300g rump steak
  
• 2 x 200g flat iron or bavette steak
• 1.5kg hot roast (topside or silverside)
  
• 1.5kg flat brisket
• 500g chuck slice
• 1kg short rib
• 2 x 500g beef mince
  
• 2 x 500g high fat beef mince
• 500g diced beef 
• 4 x 150g beef burgers
