Streaky bacon comes from the pork belly. It has long alternating layers of fat and muscle running parallel to the rind.

Traditionally cured using salt sugar, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite and sodium ascorbate (a salt of vitamin C)

We source our pork as carefully as we source all of our meats, in that we find animals that have had a natural life where possible also performing vital land management roles such as forest clearing.

To reduce environmental impact our minimum order value is £50 and we deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Christmas orders will be delivered between the 19th - 23rd December. A delivery charge of £7.95 will apply to all orders delivered within this window.

Our meat is never frozen. Your items will stay chilled in our packaging - which allows meat to be in transit for 48 hours.

There are limited delivery slots available on each day from and including the 19th to 23rd December. Order now to avoid disappointment.
