Our signature seasoning blend uses the finest ingredients from the north east coast of Scotland combining natural unrefined Blackthorn Sea Salt and wild harvested Kombu seaweed with our three pepper mix. The seaweed adds a mouthwatering umami richness without being at all fishy and helps enhance the taste of the wonderful organic pork.
Hand made, simple and natural this sausage is far from basic but is suitable for all uses, sandwiches, casseroles, fry ups, BBQ and the perfect Christmas breakfast.

Soy-free Rare Breed
Our soy-free pigs from Redwood Farm are a mix of rare breeds including Gloucester Old Spot and Oxford Sandy and Black. The pigs are kept outdoors for all except the coldest winter months when they are provided with housing complete with a deep bed of straw and plenty of natural and nutrient rich silage to replace their usual pastured diet. Farmer Amy Chappell creates her own mix of pig feed, completely free of soy, using mostly wheat and barley, beans, rapeseed meal and peas from local, trusted, regenerative sources. The pigs rely on pasture and woodland for the majority of their feed, through rooting, foraging and grazing.
